Linda
A. Rueda has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 15 years with 30 years
experience in Data Processing. She is the founder, President & CEO of Ideal
Data, Inc., a Data Processing and Direct Marketing company. -
Ms. Rueda has been the recipient
of many awards and acknowledgments with several articles written. Linda was awarded
the Innovation Marketing Masters Award from INC. Magazine in 1997. In March 1995,
she was interviewed by Andrea Hall from NBC News at the International Trade Show
held in Secaucus. In 1995 and again in 1996, INC. Magazine selected Linda as the
candidate for Entrepreneur of the year. The Bergen County Hispanic American Chamber
of Commerce recognized Linda two years in a row, 1996 and 1997 with the Outstanding
Member award. In addition to her awards, several articles have been written in
the Bergen Record, Minority Business Journal of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey
Business News Magazine and the New York/New Jersey Minority Purchasing Councils
newsletter. She believes in giving back to the community by speaking at Elizabethtown
Gas Company on Public Relations Helps Business Grow and at Rutger’s School of
Business, New Brunswick on How To Start A Business. Linda participated as a panelist
at Governor Whitman’s Conference for Women held on March 28, 2000 at the Skylands
in New Jersey. -
In addition
to running her business, Ms. Rueda is Vice-President, for
the BPU Supplier Diversity Development Council and was Second
Vice President of The Bergen County Hispanic American Chamber
of Commerce. Linda is a proud member of the NY/NJ Minority
Purchasing Council and an active member the Statewide Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey.

daughter of a Spanish immigrant from Spain, Linda attended East Side High School,
Newark New Jersey and is a graduate of GE Small Business College.
